Principal Support

I read a very interesting article by Hartzell (2002) discussing the value of having a supportive Principal with a school. The article discusses the value of principal support and the positive impact that has on students, staff and teacher librarians. I feel very fortunate to have a great working relationship with my principal, who goes out of her way to support me professionally and within my course....thank you :)
